HSA Law Revisions To Be Debated In House

“Technical corrections” in the HSA statute are on the agenda for the House Ways & Means Committee this week or next, AHIP chief Karen Ignagni told the National Consumer Driven Health Summit last week. Political consultant Dave Gencarelli told a private group of bankers who had just visited the White House that it’s possible the markup in the Ways & Means Committee will be delayed until next Thursday, and it will be tough to get it beyond the House floor if anything passes the committee.

We will be at the markup and doing regular updates at http://hsamarkets.com. We have also linked a beta version of a new CDMR website on the page for anybody who wants to register and try it..
